By accessing the baji20 platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. We recommend reviewing them in full before registering.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the baji20 website, mobile application, and all associated services. They apply equally to users based in Bangladesh and those accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh.

Baji20 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Only one account per mobile number or email address is permitted on baji20. Multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all of them may be closed.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Using a false name, fake ID, or any misleading information will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance. If your name does not match during KYC verification at the time of withdrawal, your payment will be put on hold.

• Each person may register a maximum of one account.
• Your name, date of birth, and contact details must be accurate.
• Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately.
• Accounts must not be shared with or used by third parties.

Baji20 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Account registration and betting by minors is completely prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and accounts that cannot provide proof of age will be closed.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless you use the Cash Out feature. Always double-check the market, odds, and stake before placing your bet.

Baji20 reserves the right to void bets where abnormal odds were displayed due to a technical error. Similarly, if a match result is disputed or evidence of match-fixing exists, the relevant bets will be subject to review.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳10; maximum stake limits for single bets vary by market.
• Live bets may experience delays — odds can change before a bet is confirmed.
• If a bet is not processed correctly due to a technical error, it will be considered void.
• Unusually large bets placed on the same event may be subject to verification.

Deposits at baji20 can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically reflected in your account within 1 to 5 minutes. If there's a delay for any reason, please contact support with your transaction ID.

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Large withdrawals cannot be handled without identity confirmation via National ID or passport. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

Your withdrawal method must match your deposit method — if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be processed to bKash. Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted.

All bonuses and promotional offers on baji20 are subject to specific terms and conditions. It is the user's responsibility to read the relevant offer page before activating any bonus.

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first. To calculate your wagering obligation, multiply the bonus amount by the specified multiplier. Example: ৳1,000 bonus with 5x wagering = ৳5,000 in total bets required.

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per account.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• baji20 may cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the baji20 platform to ensure its security and fairness. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's systems.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.

Baji20 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without providing a reason. Under normal circumstances, however, users will be notified before their account is closed.

Users may close their account at any time. Please withdraw your balance beforehand — if you need to recover funds after closure, contact our support team.

Baji20 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet issues, or third-party service disruptions. In such cases, however, affected bets will be reviewed and a fair resolution will be sought wherever possible.

Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses resulting from betting. baji20 is an entertainment service provider — we cannot guarantee winnings, and such claims will not be accepted.
